While I think going to a CZ 75 is never a bad choice, it does seem like your issue is likely user induced.
Probably anticipating recoil and "pushing" prior to shots. Perhaps, as a trial before you trade guns, sneak some snap-caps in your mags and see how you react on the rounds that don't go "boom". I did this to diagnose my shooting low-right (squeezing too hard in anticipation of recoil) and it helped me resolve that issue.
