I don't remember who the carrier was, but a substitute driver left my Forster Co-Ax on a neighbor's front porch a block-and-a-half away, despite the fact that it was shipped with signature required. Neighbor and I share the same street name but his is "Drive" and mine is "Court." All the house numbers on "Drive" are odd, and all the numbers on "Court" are even. That, of course, was by design of the developer, who no doubt figured it would cut down on confusion. Didn't work for the substitute driver.
Fortunately, my neighbor realized the error and lugged the box over to my place. By that time, I'd already called the carrier to ask where my "delivered" package was. They attributed the error to the substitute driver.
