hello !

The case feeder was printed by a friend and I made the DC electrical assembly.
The cases slide well in the pipe and none get stuck because the inside of the pipe is smooth.
Maybe I should make lots of cases that have the same size and see what happens.

Hello:
In my last post, I presented to you the vibrator system coupled with the "Lee Pro Disk" dosing machine... All I needed then was to make a small box intended to accommodate this module to finish this project.
What was originally supposed to be just a simple box was gradually expanded and enriched with a few more small instruments that I use a lot during my reloading sessions.
This project is now finished and tested


I present to you with pleasure the little box that I baptized "La Box”

Box presentation
1- Front Panel

In addition to the vibrator, I have included in the Box, a Chrono and a counter to answer the questions that many of us ask ourselves when we recharge as well as:
- a double USB charger to charge a phone, E-cig or power an electronic scale, etc...
- a fan to ventilate the Box
- a Voltmeter to control the supply voltage of the Box which is 12V

For optimal use of the Box, I have made sure that all the modules can work independently.

For more practical use and for aesthetic reasons, I separated the Box from the press. This airs the press / Box assembly and will allow (in the near future) the use of the Box with my Classic Turret


The space below can be used to store small control equipment: Scales, caliper, etc ...

The Box is equipped with jack sockets for quick and easy connection and has an additional 12V output to power ...(more on the next episode !!!)

This wooden support was rather practical but, to my taste, very unsightly so I replaced it with ...


... this PLA box whose function is: to accommodate, protect and hide the switches that control the counter and the vibrators

The operating principle of the link remains the same: the metal bracket activates the vibrators by passing in front of the magnetic sensor.
To operate the counter control (the limit switch), I added a small Teflon screw: it presses the limit switch which triggers the counter each time the plate is lowered.

I realized my Setup myself ... I had to rack my brains to find a good layout because I don't have much space in my garage and so I was forced to occupy only a very small place.
