I want to upgrade the nipples. #10 & 11 caps fall off. Squeezing them helps but not 100% of the time.
Which ones do you guys use and recommend?

Give them a shot. I'm not the only one who has had excellent results with them.

I'll throw in my support for the Rem #10 caps on stock Pietta nipples. Shot around 400 from my pietta and not had a single one misfire or fall off. Tried the RWS 1075s and had to pinch each one and also had significantly more sparks/blast from arround the cap at the rear of the cylinder, either because they are hotter, or because they are loose, or both.

I have to squeeze the Remington 10 and 11's on my Pietta or they fall off. I shoot 2-3 rounds and find 2-3 caps have fallen off.

Wow! That's the first I've read of Rem #10's being too big. Maybe try CCI #10's? I think those are the smallest. If that doesn't work it looks like aftermarket nipples are in your near future.

I bought nipples from Track of The Wolf for my Ruger. At the time they were about $1 cheaper each than Tresso nipples, which paid the shipping. Excellent nipples that work great with Rem #10's but claim to be designed for CCI #11 standard (non magnum), which I can't ever find.

Well sounds like you do have a nipple problem. By all means replace them. I have tried most of the aftermarket and have always been pleased but I still buy plain jane traditions (Pietta) when I visit the Bass Pro Store Never hurts to have extra available when needed.
