#1 son getting a sling for his AR style rifle and #2 son getting a holster for his Ranch Hand. Mt daughter is currently honeymooning abroad, so cash for her.

My niece wants to stop up from her single shot 223.
I'm giving her a sporterized m38 Swedish Mauser in 6.5x55. Dies, brass and 123AMAXs are going with it.
Get dad is getting her a scope.
My brother's are getting a set of hands made shooting sticks for his Plains rifle. The other is getting a possibles bag.

Sent my son-in-law an official Glock Team sweatshirt to wear while he's stationed in Japan. Sent him a Glock T-shirt I won at one of my GSSF matches and he said the reaction to it out there was positive and priceless.

Giving my daughter and her boyfriend both single action .22 revolvers. Matching with consecutive serial numbers

I gave my oldest grandson a nice gun cleaning kit. It will also save him some money. He used to live a short distance from me and just used my stuff. This year he moved to be closer to his job so having his own rig eliminates a forty mile drive for him.

I forgot about one grandkid that has Christmas a number of times during the year. He thinks I am in the business of supplying ( free) him & his buddies at the dept. with 45 practice ammo--he does bring back the cases.

Wanted to give my daughter a new LCP. She lost hers in a breakup. ( was registered to the loser) but my wife said no. Guess she will just have to keep carrying her Glock.

Giving my brother--for free--at least six or eight pounds of rife reloading powder, about three hundred ".303"/.311 bullet plus primers next time we meet, in January.
Single stage reloading (-delicate alchemist scales and all-) got very tedious, the Enfields are very seldom touched.

My wife just bought me my first .22 handgun, at age 63., the German (Walther) designed/produced "S&W M&P" .22.
Why the interest in .22 handguns? Borrowing a friend's Walther P22 weeks ago really got me into them.
It's a blast, and with a really nice trigger. My gun buddies were frequently reloading the 12-rd. mag and walking towards the Action Pistol plates every time I was distracted. Even by yourself, you can burn up lots of ammo.

Officially gave my wife the tp9sfx, gave a couple Glades Armory bolt handles to friends. Gonna give my buddy a rifle next time I see him. Oh I gave my FIL a Nikon 4.5-14x40, but that wasn't really a Christmas present.

Gave my mom the money for a glock 42 to replace her terrible amt backup .380. It hasnt even worked for a few years but she insists it would work if she needed it and has been very hard headed about it. She loves that chunk, cant figure it out. She tried my wifes 42 and couldnt believe how light and compact it was, working properly had her stunned too. She thought all compact guns were unreliable. I just better not catch her still with the amt, but i have a feeling she wont let it go that easily.

Older son got my late brother's 870TC, younger got his Wingmaster Magnum which I had upgraded with Classic Trap wood. Ear to ear smiles. Gave each one of my dad's pocket knives. Gotta keep the good stuff in the family.

Gave 10 yr old grandson lakefield 64b pics in first rifle thread. Y son in law got my first Leopold vari x II 3-9 x 40 that I picked up in August. Said it will replace the Bushnell elite 3200 I gave him last year for the mid 80s 670 win in 3006 I gave him 2 years ago.

X-products Can Cannon. It’s for the house but the kids opened all the parts and let me assemble it! Puts a lacrosse ball probably 100 feet straight up! Think I’ve made potato guns with better power but still fun!

I am the only real "gun person" in my family. My brother has a collection. But he does not focus on it nearly as much. More of a hobbyist and less enthusiast. He lives in Pennsylvania and would not know the gun laws in say California. So I do not gift "gun stuff," if anything they are gifted to me. A couple years ago I went out on a limb and asked for a complete AR upper. Which is normally outside my unspoken price range for Holiday gift expenses. To my surprise I had a box show up from Palmetto. It really accelerated my AR build plans when it showed up.
