Unfortunately, no maker stamp. Used, inexpensive, but seems well made.

As a fellow lefty, and with a 4" Model 65 (along with other 4" K-frames), I wouldn't kick that one out of my holster box.
Those stocks, however....... (Not my cup of tea, but probably work well.)
Here is my 65, with stocks I like better.

They look great, glad they found a good home!
Believe it or not they were originally on a Colt Police Positive I rescued. They kinda, sorta fit too!
