I don't own any of those :D:D:D

Closest I have is a nice S&W K22 and a 1959 Winchester 94....

I dont own any of those. The only thing on that lis i would buy is a 10/22.

I think the list should be:
Evil black rifle of choice

Relibable fighting pistol(as in feeds 1k rounds of dirty cheap ammo with no malfs due to weapon)

Reliable shotty of choice with a short home defnse barrel and a long barrel for birds

Best bolt rifle and scope combo you can afford that is more accurate than you will ever be.

A .22lr

Oh and a an awesome wheel gun.

See with a list like that what is there to debate :)

I don't like lever actions so I'll pass on the Marlin and I like the Remington 870 over the Mossberg.

I have all of those except the marlin.

I have the Winchester equivalent though.

Everyone needs at least one Smith 357.

1. .22 rifle
2. 12 gauge shotgun
3. .38 snubbie
4. Deer rifle of some kind.

After that, everything else is details or region specific.

A .22 cal suppressor for those Ruger 10/22's. If you live in a state that allows them.

Safety glasses, earplugs, earmuffs, cleaning kit, gun safe, ammo.

Chris "the Kayak-Man" Johnson

AK47
SKS
Remy 12 ga. police issue
.22 Rifle
Couple of decent pistols at least 1 CCW high cap either 9mm or 45ACP
Maybe a Draco AK Pistol(have extra lower hand gaurd w/grip) to swap out if thing get insane. Other wise keep it legal. This is just the basic for firearms. Would be nice to have a couple of each
Big stash of ammo in caliber of weapons you have.
Not everone agrees with poster on specific weapons but we all agree we need a variety of specific function weapons.

I don't play this game, as I don't believe in must-haves. I think everybody should own and shoot what they like. However, there is no better tool for building skill than a good .22LR. Every rifle shooter should have at least one good .22 rifle and every pistol shooter should have at least one good .22 pistol in their respective action of choice. At a bare minimum. If your chosen defensive rifle or pistol has a rimfire counterpart or conversion kit, buy it.

Don't play with wheel guns
don't play with .45
don't see a huge point in lever guns if I don't have something chambered in it, and I haven't found a lever in .40 or 9mm...

SO...
I thing gun ownership is personal thing, and
WHAT
you are saying is basically everybody should drive a Volvo, or a Camery...
cause they are good cars...

Your reasoning is sound. I would Like A better shotgun and .22rifle. But your plan works.

Might want to add A long range rifle to your list.
