I am of the belief that every household in the United States of America, barring medical disability,religious or political aversion or criminal background should be required to be trained with the use of and own a 12 gauge pump action shotgun with at least 50 rounds of buckshot and 50 rounds of bird shot. That should be that families first line of defense should things go bump in the night. I think it should be a law.
Heck in my world the shotgun would be government issued if you couldn't afford one and you would get insurance discounts for having one.
Other than that, I a like owning different actions so as the mood hits me I can go out and shoot.....
A lever gun
A bolt gun
A semi auto pistol
A SAA pistol
A Single Action Automatic pistol
A Semi auto rifle
etc. and so on.
