100 Carrying Handguns On Hips At Norfolk City Council

I didn't know Vick was on the city council. There is no excuse other than arrogant people trying to enforce their will over the law..

    3" 686?

Leatherwork is one of my hobbies so that isn't a problem. I did the holster, belt, sheath and cartridge case in the photo.

    3" 686?

My CCW carry is a Commander but I thought the double revolvers would be a fun set to put together. I have a thing for matching sets. Just something to play with. The .22's are nice guns but I never could into the rimfires.

    3" 686?

Has anyone tried the new seven shot 3" 686's? I'm thinking about picking up a couple (I saw too many old Westerns with the double carry rigs) but I'm stuck between the traditional 4" and the 3 " models. Do they make a speed loader for them?

    Do Cottonmouths Hibernate in Water?

Like most snakes they will den up for the winter. However, being from NC myself I can say that with the changes in weather we have all year long, it is not unusual to see them just about anytime of the year. If we have a warm spell they may come out to sun.

    Winter time project.

Lord boys, all of them sounded nice. You are suppose to say "DO THIS!" and make my choice simple. We have our deer season coming up and now I have plenty to think about while sitting on a stand.

    Winter time project.

Gentlemen, Given the rifles on the market now. If you were going to build a custom rifle, what action would you start with? Since Whitetail is the number one game animal in the States, what caliber?

    SHTF Rifle Poll

Can we say, "None of the above."? I have 2 AK's, 1 AR, 1 M1, 1 M1 Carbine. But I would not grab any of them. I would go with a .308 bolt gun along with a 12 ga. shotgun. However, I would also choose one of my 30-30's over the semi's. I don't plan on firefights. I plan to haul it!!!

    My Cowboy Assault Rifle

Vairochana, the laser and light are removable. I hope they come out with a production model soon but no telling at the moment. At least I can say "I have it!".

    My Cowboy Assault Rifle

Thanks guys. Right now there is only one but they are looking at the idea of adding it to the line (Wild Dog-USA). I think it would sell well. So I guess I can sit here with the one and only and gloat a bit.:)

    My Cowboy Assault Rifle

Thank you sir. You should see the look on the faces of some people when they walk into the studio and there are nothing but guns and knives laying everywhere.

    My Cowboy Assault Rifle

Good looking project! I'm another that thinks the lever actions make a great "truck gun". I talked the guys at the factory into a proto-type project but I think I like your "green" better.

Show off your long range rifle

You know being a photographer, I had to play a bit when taking the photo. Remington heavy barrel model in .308.

    All the Remington 700s

I would say that right now the SPS is the best value. Same features as the BDL except a matte finish. I've tried them in both 7mm-08 and in .308 with ootstanding results. Stay with the .308's. I would call it one of te best all around cartridges of all time.

How open are you at work?

How open can I be? I work by myself and all I do is photograph guns and knives. If someone comes in it's like they have walked into an armory.

What good is a rifle for SHTF?

Let's face it, the question was put out there not wanting information but to degrade the effforts of those planning to be prepared. If you doubt the use of a rifle, don't get one, it won't hurt my feelings.
