If you are right handed, ditch the ambi safety, it will prevent any snag that might occur. You could also consider getting the front strap on your Champion checkered.
I have run more than 1500 rounds through my Champion and have had less than 5 FTF or FTE. The Champion used to be my daily...
Maybe not OOOOOOO to ya'll, but when I was in the market for a carry sized .45, I was all set on a G30, then I wandered over to the Springfield-Armory cabinet and saw a stainless Champion, I had to have it.
I completely agree. But at the time, I didn't think that Bianchi was that bad of a holster. I should have just ordered a Comp-Tac to begin with, but I was moving and didn't have time to wait around for the shipping, so I went w/ the Bianchi because I lived in the city where Bianchi was...
I recently bought a Bianchi leather IWB holster for my Smith J-frame. Well the holster is comfortable and conceals well...however the fitment of the holster is not too impressive.
It constantly feels like the gun is just sitting "loose" in the holster. I try to push it in a little deeper but...
I moved from out of California(Temecula area) a few months ago and haven't looked back. I carry everyday now.
While it should't be the only reason you move...being that I am young and without many obligations, I have the freedom to say, "I'm moving to a state where I can legally carry a gun!"
I'd venture to say that also applied to most parts of Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and Utah. Being separated from Utah after I lived there for the first 8 years of my life, I GREATLY miss it.
I'm definitely going to look at the McMillian. The only reason I don't want the thumbhole is because I am a left handed shooter but right eye dominant. So I have to have a stock that is ambidextrous.
Thanks for all the replies guys!
Think my worst experience was back in California at a Turners. I was waiting in line to pay and in front on me, there was a mexican who didn't speak english who was buying some .380 ammo. As he pulled the money out of his pocket...a CRACK PIPE fell to the ground!!! :what:
I felt very...
I've read lots of complaints about the factory stock that came on my Savage 10FP .308. I have been on savageshooters and some other sites and have looked at the Bell & Carlson, Choate, McMillian and others.
What does everyone have on their Savage? The McMillian is BUCKS! but is it worth...
I have a 10/22 and a Marlin 39A. I'm looking for a very simple, single shot or bolt action .22. I just want it for plinking. I want non-semi auto for letting younger people shoot it and teaching my girlfriend to shoot rifles.
I don't really know much about .22's outside of the 10/22 and...
So I measured twice and cut the barrel on my 500A to what I THOUGHT was going to be 19". Well after I ground the tip smooth and cleaned it up, it's about 18 1/4" Did I ruin my barrel and need to scrap it since it's illegal or what?
Thanks, Tyler
Rule #5
.45ACP IS better than the 9mm round.
Learn it, love it! It's the truth. All on this forum believe the .45 is FAR superior to the sissy 9mm.
J/K...Insiders Joke!
