I love the WD40 and duct tape. I would say an American made 1911, SR 10/22 or Ruger MK 22lr pistol, mossberg 500 or Remington 870, AR 15, American made Snubby 38 special/357 mag.
I took my son shooting yesterday and had fun but in the end my suppressor would not come off the barrel of my 911. The range guys couldn't get it off but the suppressor unscrewed from the piston. It is flat out stuck. I emailed Silencerco and they said use a cleaning rod through the holes and...
I would love to have a P238. I like my P938. I think my LCP is excellent for IWB and Pocket. I have never had a mag eject when in my pocket, but I have a Hogue grip on it and use a pocket holster.
Thanks for the input. I ended up getting a 39M Golden. I had considered not threading it but I really am used to shooting suppressed now. In 4 months I will have a second 22 lr suppressor-Spectre 2 and will always wish to use them. I like the idea of the adapter so I can just get the threading...
Hmm. That is a good point. I could buy the Marlin then buy a super cheap basic Henry. That is something to consider. The only thing is that I am so used to shooting 22, 45 and 5.56 suppressed. I shoot 9mm suppressed too but mostly not. It is hard to consider going backwards on shooting quiet. I...
I have the opportunity to buy a very cheap near new octagonal Henry 22lr or a little more costly older Marlin 39a in fine condition. I want to have either threaded and somehow altered to allow feeding of the magazine tube. Any recommendations? Below is the main picture I have to go on and it is...
I have 22lr and a 223 suppressors. Both come apart for cleaning.
I will stick with my ar15 conversion and do high volume 22 with my 22/45 and 10/22.
Thanks
I may consider an upper, I don't need another gun as it have a 10/22td with barrel threaded. I would just like to shot the AR in 22. I may look into selling a gun and putting money toward the upper.
I have heard that by shooting .223 through an AR15 after using a 22 conversion bolt to fire 22lr that it helps to clean the 22lr dirt. Is that true? I think it is still pretty dirty. It is especially true when I add my 5.56 suppressor.
