As you can see in the picture below This model has the thumbhole stock I lost the original hardware to mount the stock I was wondering if any of you know what hardware I need and or where I can order it? If I have to buy the same stock in order to get the hardware that's no problem.

Just went to the range with same ammo but this time with the stock grips and stock hammer strut. Just as suspected. 350 rounds No lightstikes perfection. E2 grips/longer hammer strut are going in the garbage.

UPDATE: Shot another 250 rounds through her today at the range and she performed flawlessly. Shot 100 rounds of Winchester f whitebox 115gr and 150 of Winchester forged (steel rounds). I did intentionally limp wrist and was able to to acheive 2 FTE. So otherwise Im happy with my purchase...

Thanks straight from the gun dealer I went to the range. So it did have the factory grease. I cleaned her real good today. Going to put 1000 rounds of steel thru her to wear it in. Not used to these things I came from a sig p239.with over 3000 rounds and 0 malfuctions. : )

Ok so for another example the ruger lcp. Same issue. Gun has no magazine safety and is DAO, but yet the slide needs to be racked for the trigger/hammer to first engage.

Its a smith and wesson 5946. Possible the hammer wouldent drop when the magazine is not present?
