Hey y'all... just thought I'd start a thread for those of us who seem to have the 22 addiction... and in an effort to not completely hijack someone elses thread I figured we'd be better off having our own place to show off our 22 rifles...

I do not feel there need to be any rules, however, let's keep our bias' to ourselves and just enjoy the shared appreciation of the good ol' 22lr rifles of all action types.

My current 5...

They went through 1,100 rounds in under 35 minutes! :what: :what: :what:

I don't know much about having any guns, but I do have these paperwieghts :p

Schleprok62,

It is coincidental that you would choose today to launch this thread. I just had a conversation with my wife yesterday because I was on my way to the store to purchase a Ruger 10/22. Her question was, “Don’t you already have a .22?” She was referring to my Marlin model 60 which is the first gun I ever bought. My response was, “How many purses do you really need?” She said, “Go get your Ruger.” ;)

Right now I have:

A CZ 452 Trainer
A CZ 452 Varmint
A Savage MK II FVT
A Winchester Wildcat
A Ruger 10-22
A Ruger MK III
A Browning Buckmark Camper

Thats down from those plus a Single Six, .22 Conversion for an AR, and another 10-22. If rimfire counts I've got a Marlin 917V as well. The only problem I have is too little ammo.

I've got a 10/22. It's the stainless with the grey/green laminated stock. I haven't done any modifications to it because it was the first gun I ever bought, I think was 9 or 10, so it has sentimental value.

But now I'm holding out for a CZ 453 Varmint but can't seem to find anywhere that stocks them. I'd like to see and handle one before buying.

Are we talking .22 mags as well; man I need some help. I guess I should enter one of those 12 more programs.

Well, i only have 3. But I also only have 4 rifles, so 75% of my collection....is that good enough?:p

1. Anschutz 1416
2. CZ 453

This stuff didn't come together in a short period of time, just a buy now and then over 60 years. Had some others that came and went down the road. Currently dickering with a guy on trading a Luger for a NIB Kimber Super America (New York).

i only have 2, a .22 conversion for my ar, and my nylon 66 which i have since i was a kid, i love them both, and i might even add a gsg 5 to it soon.
