Ya know a 7mm tcu reamer with a .308 pilot might work. that would give a sharper shoulder angle than the standard x45 shoulder. You would have to use a separate throater....but all that is rentable
Dies would be the issue.......

I can have custom dies made if I need to, i am thinking about a custom reamer that will let me use 300 blk dies spaced out from the case head as a neck sizer. Might work fine. Waiting on PTG to get back to me on the reamer drawing they already have. That will help my decision.

The custom reamers probably the best bet. Just need a little less taper.
