3rd book in a series begun on THR - MONSTER HUNTER ALPHA - out July 26th

Well, today is the official release date. MHI is now in stores everywhere. The audio book is up on audible.com too.

Everyone should also pick up Brandon Sanderson's new series. He is the guy finishing up the Wheel of Time. The new series starts with "The Way of Kings".


As for the MH/Hard Magic books - Simply outstanding. Ran across MHI at Barnes and Noble one day. Read the book in under 36 hours. I have bought each of your books on release date. Well worth it. Really trying to hold off from buying the new Grimnoir series novel as the EARC.

I am bumping this thread because I am about half-way though this book, and I have to say that this is the best MHI book yet. Its really need to see Larry progress as a writer, and the format to this book is fantastic. I can't wait until the next one!

I picked up "Monster Hunter Alpha" from the Baen site for my Sony Reader. The Reader also has the two previous books in the series.

Nice to see such a good guy make good. My personal memory of Larry was from the first STI group buy as that buy enabled me to get a hard chromed 9x19 TargetMaster. What a pistol from what a dealer!!!

I just finished reading the first MHI book. Wow! What a read! I'm going to order the other books right away, and get another copy of the first book for my son.
