Today I was lusting after a 1965 Smith model 16 that sold for $3,738. I loves me some K frames but not that much! It would make a really cool gun for rodents though. I emailed Lipsey's to enquire whether they could see the value of making a run of 8 inch or so barreled GP100's chambered in .32 H&R or even .327 Federal. I really enjoy popping rodents with my k frame .38's and admittedly this would not be a significant improvement, just a reinvention of the wheel. It would however be different and interesting. Plus, I would have a new gun for which to work up loads, find bullet moulds etc! What are your thoughts?
