9x18Mak Ammo Without Steel in Bullet (Steel Casing OK)

I'm wondering if anyone knows if there are any brands of 9x18 Mak ammo that don't have steel anywhere in the projectile. I've heard Wolf rifle ammo has copper-washed steel jacketed bullets, but does the pistol ammo? What about other brands (excluding defense ammo; just looking for plinking ammo)?

Fiocchi is probably the cheapest that does not have any steel in the bullet. Pretty much all the Russian stuff uses a bi-metal jacket.
