    Try again, a g 21 is a 45acp. Also he said it was hand loads using titegroup a dense powder that a double charge is hard to notice in that big fat 45 case. 45 is a low pressure round so I'm gonna say this was most likely a double charge.

    [strike]That wasn't a .40S&W.... that was a .45ACP. I can almost guarantee that it was due to a double-charge.[/strike]
