I want to commend Ruger for their excellent customer service. After eight months and nearly 500rds., my P90 began having extraction problems. In addition, I once had the last round in the magazine eject unfired. Since this only happened with the one magazine, I figured it had to be the culprit.

I contacted Ruger. They sent me a prepaid shipping label, so I could box up the gun, and then send it in. I got it back today, exactly two weeks after I sent it in. They returned it with a new extractor installed plus a new magazine. They also returned the magazine, which I sent with the gun. I figure this mag will fine for the range, if nothing else.

Anyway, after owning a number of Ruger products over the years, this is the first time I had to contact their service department. Needless to say, I’m a satisfied customer.

Even though, Ruger does not have a written warranty policy, they stand behind their products.
