Anyone else have problems with 40 S&W round?

You're just psyching yourself out.
The problem is purely in your head.
There's just not that much difference in the recoil.

My hands shaking is physical not psychological, I am after all only shooting at targets of BGs not living breathing BGs. My point was the the heavier the felt recoil the less accurate I (the shooter) become. That is why I suggested a metal frame pistol like the S&W 4003TSW in stainless steel @ 37 oz. empty. That weight will help reduce felt recoil compared to the 21 oz. Glock 23. Less recoil results in better accuracy, and for the record every gun I own and every bullet I have ever fired (even my lowly Hi-Point and BlaserBrass ammo) are far more accurate than the guy shooting them.

Totally unproven and technically wrong anyway.....people always forget SD when express their momentum pet theories....and more frontal area means more drag which equal less penetration...

Yes, my point was that the two effects cancel each other out as penetration statistics for both rounds are nearly equal if you check the gel tests. Although it has more frontal area, the .45acp is still more massive than the .40S&W, which makes it more efficient. Again, some people seem to be under the impression that a larger heavier bullet does not penetrate because it is a little bit larger in diameter. This is not rooted in reality.

I should mention that the sectional density of a 165gr. .40S&W is less than that of a 230gr. .45acp.

180gr. .40S&W is about on par.
