AR-10 Type Long Range Rifle

I had my question answered as to which AR-10.

There is only ONE maker of an AR-10 and that is Armalite. All other 308 caliber like rifles are copies or variations of Armalites AR-10.....

Kinda like calling a magazine a CLIP, they are not the same no matter how many people screw it up.

you made a good choice; both make accurate guns. but of course, with that caliber, i would keep a larger stock at hand than i would with 308, since you can get 308 anywhere

i guess everybody's entitled to an opinion, but I can't imagine how you could come to that conclusion based on any real-world experience shooting either weapon. or heck, even just holding them w/o shooting. i can't even think of a single aspect where armalite would come out on top.

The Armalite SASS shoots beautifully. Yes, the Stoners are nicer rifles. No, most of us can't afford to pay as much for a gun as we do for a brand new car.
