Archangel14, if you want to improve that PSA trigger, slap in a set of JP yellow springs. My go-to inexpensive setup is ALG trigger+JP yellow springs. That setup yields a 4lb crisp pull while maintaining USGI reliability.

Since you state duty ready, Geissele.

They perform as advertised but more importantly, they're reliable. You just don't hear about failures with Geissele.

Thanks for the advice Jackal. On a related topic, is it advisable to lightly lube the contact points of a stock AR trigger? I have an acquaiantance who claims to improve his trigger by adding a slight touch of SlipStream on parts of his trigger. Is that baloney?

Oh, and where can I get the yellow springs?

another vote for the Rock River match trigger. me and a buddy got them on sale at the LGS several years ago, popped 'em in our Bushmasters. I hadn't shot my AR in about 4-5 months -- took it out Saturday afternoon, no problem hitting steel at 100 yards with iron sights, thanks in large part to the RR trigger. Plus my general all-around excellence at everything, of course.

i was actually about to start a thread on this very same topic....

so I found this trigger here http://fatboytactical.net/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=28963

I'm wondering if this is the same trigger as those no-name blue clone DITs that everyone was going nuts about a month or two ago....the ones that were supposedly BRO rejects?

the same store also has the RR NM 2 stage for $99 but would prefer a nice single stage trigger
