Böker Customer Service

I bought my son a Böker Plus Balisong Trainer for Christmas. Within a few weeks one of the screws that goes between the handle and the pivot point on the blade came loose and was lost. Some quick reading found this was common and solvable with a little Loctite. No problem, I’ll just buy some new ones. Multiple emails and phone calls to Böker later, no response of any kind.

Does anyone know what size this screw is or an alternate source for them? Has anyone else had this kind of experience with Böker?

The knife itself seems well made, but this is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. They are within driving distance of me, and I’d have been better off buying something made in China off Amazon. At least they’d respond.

I'd take the other one out, hustle down to an Ace or other hardware store and use their thread gages to ID and source a new one on your own.

I sent boker an email when I broke the clip on my Strike Plus. Within a week they’d responded and within a week after that they’d sent me a new clip AND screws.
