Apparently the Anti's want to create a list of people that cannot own guns. Not felons, not incompetents but anyone who is a designated "suspect." Given that Senator Ted Kennedy was put on the similar Federal Terrorist No-Fly list can anyone seriously believe that this will not be abused?

More insanity, honestly wth? Why does the Brady campaign have this obsession?

Instead of attacking the 2nd directly, they are attempting to chip at it from the side.

I think this law would be struck down as a violation of the 2nd amendment anyway.
