I need to apologize for some inaccurate comments I made in this thread regarding Dr. Gary Roberts. Dr. Roberts has a private dental practice in Palo Alto, but he also does considerable trauma work at Stanford Medical Center. In addition, Dr. Roberts has published a number of papers in Military Medicine and AFTE Journal, in addition to the Wound Ballistics Review.
I really need to stick to discussing the scientific merits of a topic (how well ideas are supported with published data) and do a better job avoiding personality debates. I veered off of the high road on this one, and I apologize both to the general readership and to Dr. Roberts.
