Don't see to many Beretta owners on here . What gives? My brigadier 40 Cal is a sweet shooter and American made... And very well made.. Is there a technical reason for this or only Political against the Italian design???

My first handgun ever was a 92fs - still have it, will never get rid of it. It is what I compare every gun I've bought since. Would eventually like to get a PX4 but there are still a few ahead of it on the ole wish list.

I have had a 92FS (sold) and a 96F Centurion (sold) and now I have my stainless 92FS Inox with factory night sights which I will never sell. It is a gorgeous gun and I have used it as a carry gun but it just is too big and heavy so now it is my safe queen.

I still think it is one of the most gorgeous designs. The Italians have that down pat.

When I was playing around with the .40 S&W cartridge, I chose a Beretta 96 INOX as my test platform.
Never could get all warm and fuzzy to the .40 cartridge, I still like the 10mm better, but I had not one problem with the Beretta pistol and I loaded cartridges that should have blown that M96 up and would have blown up some lesser designs.

I now own a Beretta M9 9mm pistol and have no intention of selling this one.
I owned a 92S and a 92F Compact previously.

I keep looking to get something else, but for some odd reason I always end up with another Beretta.

My observations:

1.) Most people don't like DA/SA . I'm too young for the revolver generation, and too old for Glock gen, so I always lean towards the Beretta's and Sigs.

2.) People don't like the safety. Me personally, have always taken a little comfort in it. I'm well aware of the arguments against it, but I've always felt a little more relieved when someone less gun savvy has that confused look about all the levers.

Oh well, maybe not the most popular manufacturer out there, but at least we have choice, so everyone can have what fits their needs best.

i love my beretta 21. its very accurate for its intended ranges and quite reliable not to mention very concealable. im not a fan of most standard sized berettas but their pocket pistols are great, id love to have a m1934

Theres quite a few Beretta lovers here. Alot of the 1911 guys rag on the M9 since it replaced the 1911, but times change. Its a great design and they are beautiful. Easy to spot in movies as well.

My first pistol was a 23C, didnt like the 40S&W so i got a G19. Didnt like it and traded it for a used 92F. I havent looked back. In my hands, the 92F is more accurate, feels like a real gun, fits my hand, points more naturally and is just as reliable. Whats not to like?

You won't see me talking about my Beretta on THR much because I'd rather go the range and enjoy shooting it. And yeah, the discussions are out there. Hit up the search function for more.

I recently bought a px4 in .45 and love it. I also bought a mtac holster and plan on carrying this as my CCW. I'm really liking the px4 and plan to buy a 9mm in it and the new Beretta 90 two.

I just purchased my first autoloader. A 92fs. I have not got it yet but am very looking forward to checking it out.
