Best CZ pistol?

CZs are truly great pistols!... They are VERY ACCURATE, dependable, have great hand-fit/ergos and are still a good value for the $$.
My favorite CZs... Take your pick, you'll love each one!!

I prefer the CZ-85 Combat. Ambidexterous controls as well as adj sites. Made for IDPA competition and extremely accurate. As easy to CCW as any full sized 1911.

I went shopping today to look for my first handgun, and it may very well be a CZ.

The 75b seemed really great, as if it were machined from a single block, but I can't hit the slide release with my shooting hand without changing my grip a bit. I'm not sure that is a problem or not since the rest of the gun feels great and I can't think of a time that I would need to release the slide one handed.

I'm not really clear on all of the different model designations - Sp01, B, BD, etc, etc. Maybe someone can clear this up a bit for me?

The 82 is cool too, and would be easier to carry, but I don't really plan to carry much. If I did, I would probably want something even smaller anyways, like an LCP or Kel Tec. I'm really looking more for a range and nightstand gun. Then again, for the price of the 75 I could get the 82 and a decent shotgun...

Seems like everything CZ makes is top notch.

A nightstand gun should ideally have a light on it.

I still think the P-01/P-06 is the best all-around CZ made.
It seems to be able to do everything right.

And is a very proven police, ccw, and even combat platform.

I had a sp01 an I really didn't think it lived up to the hype.
It was a decent shooter but no better than most other high quality 9mm
