"Best Defense" or "Personal Defense TV"

What show is better in your opinion? I have watch both shows for some time now but slowly but surely I have been growing more and more disappointed with PDTV due to its blatant advertising and general repetitiveness throughout the entire show. Best Defense doesn't talk about training as much as PDTV, but talks about state of mind a lot more. This could easily be expanded to an Outdoor channel vs. Sportsman channel thread.

What happened to Tom Gresham on PDTV? Is it still his show or did it get taken over?

It has two hosts now, and neither is Tom.

I think both shows are kind of boring. They might be ok for a total novice though.

I mainly watch best defense for the scenarios and the midwayusa segment. I don't watch personal defense tv anymore.
