Just picked up a used 700 from Cabelas but I am not sure what model it is. It doesn't have the hinged floreplate. It has a synthetic stock and the barrel is not shiney. It is chambered in .270. The stock is checkered like the 700 bdl. It had a leopold scope mount, sling, and custom muzzle break and I picked it up for $300 without a scratch on it. The stock is different than the sps. Any ideas?
