(See: Built Another Scout Rifle)
I finally got around to mounting the scope and fitting the rifle with sling studs and a sling. This rifle was built for my wife at her behest (she loves my Scout rifle).
So I had a little time to handload/shoot it today. I've used the same load for years in my other Scout so I thought it'd be a good starting point. Turns out it was also a good finishing point! Only tried two loads:
After shooting the final and smallest group, I moved it left 1/2" and up 1/2". This rifle will very likely get blooded by the wife before the end of the year. She's very anxious to try it on deer.
