Im a big guy, a little taller and bigger than you at 6'6" about 380.
Glock 27/26 works GREAT. The short grip doesnt print even OWB in a tee shirt.

If you need to wear a formalish button up, try something with J-hooks like this:

It allows you to tuck in your shirt between your gun and your pants. Tucking in your shirt will cause it to billow out a bit making it harder to print, also there is no need to worry about a gust of wind.
