Hearing about this kind of unbridled ignorance...check that... outright stupidity, just makes me so angry i feel like that guy in scanners when his head blew up. Is there anything people like us can do to combat that kind of reclessness? Because the horrible realization begins to set in that these are the people who are often making decisions that affect our lives yet we, the people they are meant to govern, have no effect whatsoever on theirs. It is so maddening that these people seem to come up with some hair brained idea then close their eyes and ears and just run with their idiotic ideas until they run headlong into a brick wall which in this case seems to be a wall of about 600 bodies but instead of opening their eyes and choosing a new route they're just gun keep running till next year it's 700. Sorry about the rant but had to get it out.
