Aside from Ruger, what companies have good customer service?
I am frankly tired of dealing with Savage customer service and supporting them. They have gone downhill thr last few years. I need yet another extractor and spring clip for 2 different rifles as they either wear out or there is a flawed design with their rimfires. (Poor spring tension and dull extractor hook?)
Their automated system says they are too busy to take any warranty calls, tells you to call back another day, then hangs up on you. I was able to speak to someone in a different department about getting parts BUT....they are out of stock on extractors and spring clips (22lr) and won't backorder them for me. So I was told to just "keep calling back every few days". What a crock of crap. Lol
