CZ, Glock, or Beretta?

The Glock is the best selling pistol in the world today. That speaks volumes. I own over 100 pistols and a Glock 26 is my primary carry gun and has been for 12 years now.

The fact is that some people with small hands find large grips work for them. Some people with large hands find that small grips work for them. And some people find everything in between works. The fact is the only way someone will know if a grip is right for them is for them to see so for them self.
You're right of course, the fit of a pistol is a very personal thing. I should have worded my answer more narrowly in that if you find the 92FS too large, you'll likely find the 75B too large as well.

Not to me it doesn't. McDonald's makes the best selling hamburger in the world, does that mean it's the best? Glock makes a fine pistol, but that's not because of high sales figures.

I wouldn't necessarily say that if a 92FS is to big for your hand a CZ-75 is too big also. They are different fitting, and should be held individually.

I hope you didn't think I was giving you a hard time, because I certainly was not. I apologize if it came across that way.

Personally I find the 92FS a little on the large size, but find the 75B to be perfect. Again though I think this comes down to a personal thing. I knew people while in the Marines that had small hands and absolutely rocked the M9, but then again they didn't really have a choice.

To the OP, I just want to reiterate that you cannot go wrong with any of those choices.

I am still rather new but I own the cz pcr, it is a de-cocker and I like the half cock first shot. Very smooth for DA on 1st shot and all after shots are SA. My brother in law has the beretta and it is a beautiful gun, smooth to the touch and well finished and it is a good shooter. The double stack makes the handle way to large for my hand and it cost about $100 to $150 more than my cz. holsters and other add-ons are probably easier to find for the glock and the beretta I would choose the cz. For me it fit my hand better than the beretta it has a visible hammer (i like that) I can limp wrist shoot it or shoot it anyway at all with no ill effects like I have heard that can happon on some glocks and it eats anything I have fed it. Also for me it seems to almost point itself and is accurate. Down side is the trigger, it is long and rough at first but the more i shoot the better it gets. I guess get the one that feels the best to you. Good luck

Just bought the CZ 75 Phantom (poly frame) 9mm. Probably the most accurate out of the box 9mm I've ever fired. I put 300+ round through it without a problem. And a couple of hundred more yesterday. I still have other 9mm's (including an older steel CZ) but none with the feel and accuracy of this one. The only one I've had that was close to being this accurate was the old Sig P-6. But you may not like the trigger and some people prefer the weight and control of the heavier models. I'd like to have a Beretta as well. I've never heard anything negative about them from anyone who's actually fired one.

You can easily gain proficiency with any of the three. But with one of them, you can get a wide array of other sizes and calibers to add to the collection, which retain a great amount of holster/parts/mags cross compatibility. And you can replace any part of that gun in a couple of minutes. So why start with a more limited system? The earlier you join the dark side, the better.

I chose beretta...I love em.

I want to try a CZ75 and a hi-power...I do want a glock 34, but don't really care when or if that happens..

I bought a 3rd gen Glock 17 under similar considerations, but that's because it fit for me, and I shoot it well.

Handle all three and pick the one you like the best. They're all good guns.
