....by sending one dollar each.....

just kidding!

the real question:

I have decided to buy a CZ. I used to think they were ugly, I won't lie. Now, the look is growing on me.

I am currently carrying a 92fs either open carry or IWB at the small of the back. It works, but I have finally justified picking up another carry piece.

I am looking for a 9mm. So, they can share ammo at the range.
I want something smaller than the Beretta.
I've looked up CZ's on this Internet, and I'll be honest, I was overwhelmed. CZ has a million options.

This will be carry piece/range, everyday use firearm.

The models that have caught my eye are:
PCR
Compact
2075 RAMI

Now, I know there are a lot of folks on here who know a thing or two about the CZ line.

Thanks in advance!

if i could open carry, oh man... the CZoices i would have :D

if i had some money, and i knew open carry was perfectly fine and common, but didn't want the size of a beretta... i'd probably look towards the alloy models like the p-01 and p-06. then i'd just load it up with thin aluminum grips from czcustom.com and carry a full length magazine.

if money were no object, i would buy the pro-tek linked above.

I also carry the PCR, the ergo of this handgun is perfect for me. Accurate out of the box and fun to shoot at the range. My next handgun is the CZ RAMI....

PCR is about the size of a Glock 19, and the Rami is Sub compact size, so a Glock 26. I prefer compact over subcompact if double stack.

the CZs are thinner than a beretta, and i'd say it's comparable to a glock or XD. it's still a double stack pistol. if you want thinner, you'll have to go single stack with a Kahr or similar.

you can build a similar gun to the pro-tek. you can get a p-01, and add the aluminum thin grips and competition hammer from czcustom.com...

all double stack CZ magazines interchange.

if you wanted, you can put a 19 round SP-01 magazine in a compact for 19+1. of course, it'd stick out the bottom due to the longer length.

if money were no object, i would buy the pro-tek linked above.

Me too. I cry every time I see it. I also would reccomend the PCR, it is a good looking gun, not too heavy, and is highly reliable. All the CZs are known for accuracy, so that is sort of a given.

I'm quite happy W/ my 2075. I'm not sure what else to say about it, definitely a good little gun though

The standard CZ 75B 9MM Luger
weighs in at 35.2 oz. Steel frame

The P01 is alloy framed as is the PCR
both being D or Decocker models and weigh
approx. 27.5 oz. the other differences
P01 has a light rail older style sights, and
external slide cuts.
PCR - no light rail, and the newer "Novak" style
white dot front & twin white dot on each side of
the rear notch sight. as well as a loaded chamber
indicator

The Compact model is steel framed and 32 some
oz. in weight, and has a thumb safety instead of a
decocker There's also a COmpact .40 S&W much like
the 9MM with a steel frame but it has an ambi safety.

The CZ slides are all slimmer than a 92FS due to the
slide rail design with the slide fitting inside the frame
instead of the usual wrap around the outside for the
matchup with the rails. It is similiar to the famed for it's
accuracy the SIg P210.
