Original Colt CCO in Galco leather, or S&W 686+ 2.5" in Galco leather, or a CZ75 compact in Galco leather and finally, sometimes my Browning highpower in of course......Galco leather.

kevlar vest....
glock 21,22,19,26,all w/ tactical light/lazer,strong side,weak side,cross draw,ankle and deep deep concealment...and a hk duck taped to my back.
lots of mags....
tazer..
pepper spray..
night stick,asp,sap....
ar 15 in trunk w/ 10 30rd mags.
ok not really......just a regular guy w/ a 642 in his front pocket and a speedloader in his back pocket.....although there is a bunch of ammo in my trunk(just so my wife doesn't know how much I spend on it.:uhoh:

For CCW...
Glock 26 IWB in a Blackhawk holster. Surefire E2D light and a 3" folder knife as backup. I also carry another 10 round mag in my pocket, and a 17 and 33 round mag in my backpack (I live in an earthquake zone, and those are only really there for the SH'ing TF).

For OC (in the woods)...
Glock 20 in a Blackhawk serpa holster. Surefire E2D with a 6" fixed-blade Muela hunting knife for backup. I also carry 3 more 15 round mags in a waist pouch.

As of now -

Colt 1911 Officer's Model .45ACP in a cheap uncle mikes holster tucked into my Blackhawk Advanced Tactical Briefcase (along with all my diabetes gear). Nighttime finds a Surefire G2 in either a pocket on me or in the briefcase. Clipped to one pocket (depends on which pocket my insulin pump is attached to) is my Sypderco Delica 4. For times when I am not walking around with my briefcase, I have my S&W 642 in a Mika pocket holster.

Soon as it arrives I'll be using a Milt Sparks Watch Six for the 1911, which will just allow other items in the briefcase, or I'll switch back to using my 5.11 Tactical Vest to carry all my junk.

Nothing too out of the ordinary...

-Keys
-Cell Phone
-Wallet
-"el cheapo" folding knife
-occasionally a schrade "old timer" (American-made, thank you) that mydad gave me for my 18th birthday

Soon to add (when the permit arrives) a Kel-Tec PF-9 with a spare mag in a Desantis Pro-Stealth holster SOB.

Always Have Four Essentials

I always have on hand or very near four things...

1. XD9 (carried in a Crossbreed Supertuck IWB and a Wilderness 5-stitch Instructors belt)
2. Folding knife
3. Fenix L1T flashlight
4. Cell phone

Other assorted items in the 'man bag' Maxpedition Jumbo - extra batteries, wallet, small first aid kit, backup light, extra mag, extra knife, epi-pen, backwoods smokes, etc.

It was a 1911 with two spare mags in a vertical Vega shoulder rig. The 1911 extractor snapped recently, so I'm now carrying a 4" S&W 65 in that shoulder rig, the Ken Null SMZ shoulder rig, or a Bianchi or Ross (South African) OWB holster.
Knife - Applegate-Fairbairn folder of some sort. Combat Folder sometimes, the Mini-Covert others. Sometimes both.
Also carried: Cell phone, wallet.
Sometimes carried: Surefire G2, LED model. Not as bright as it's cracked up to be.

Kahr PM9 in DH IWB
cheap braided belt. I do have a comptac belt for when I carry the heavy guns.
Benchmade Griptillian
Leatherman Original in belt sheath
2 cheap ink pen
loose change
wallet of course
a few small bills ($1-10 range) in a pocket
cell phone

Havent figured out how Im gonna throw a small light in there yet. Ive also got a Jframe to add to the mix after some practice.

Colt Lightweight Commander in .45 ACP, usually in a Milt Sparks Summer Special II.
One extra mag.
Surefire 6P (Considering going with the SF Backup).
Old school no-lock Case folder.

MK9 Elite 98 carried in either a DeSantis #2 Belt holster or Nemesis.

S&W MP 340 either in a Desantis Nemesis pocket holster or a Desantis leather ankle rig. S&W Extreme Ops pocket knife also. Great knife for under $30.

G-27, Meprolights, Glock factory+1 mag extentions, Hornaday TAP 180gr. hp's, riding in a fobus paddle holster. Stainless Kershaw "leek" clipped on my right front pocket, and a cell phone in my left pocket.

Primary carry pistol = either a Glock 30 or a Para SSP 1911.

Holsters = I have too many, but I am fortunate to have a Milt Sparks VM2 for both primary guns. I also have a Galco Royal Guard for each.

Back up = My carry anywhere and everywhere all the time (read work) is a 642 in a Mika.

Now days I carry a Kahr PM9 instead of the Sig, but it is in that same holster with a replacement kydex body.

Left front pocket:
Spare extended mag for Kahr w/ Federal HST 147gr. 9mm +P JHPs
HKS Speed Loader w/ Speer Gold Dot .38 Special +P 135gr. JHPs

Right front pocket:
SOG Twitch XL Tanto knife
Cell phone

Also carry one nice pen and one disposable pen, a notepad, a Bic lighter, and a pack of Camel Lights. ;)

For starters, I wear Carhartt Work Dungarees literally ALL the time. They have a deep, narrow tool pocket on the side of each thigh. The gear I carry is always the same and it's always in the same places:

XD45 Compact w/Lasermax internal laser & 10+1 HST+P
Comp-Tac Minotaur IWB w/full forward cant @ 4:00
Carhartt 1-1/2" heavy leather belt
13 round mag with HST+P in LH thigh pocket
serrated Spyderco Civilian clipped to rear of RF pocket (vertical)
SOG Twitch 2 clipped to top of LF pocket (nearly horizontal)
Xenon flashlight in RH thigh pocket
car keys clipped to RF belt loop and tucked into "5th" pocket
wallet in LR pocket
cell phone w/camera in LF pocket
(RR pocket is useless due to canted IWB)

I think some may not have considered how important clipping your car keys to a belt loop could be. If you end up rolling around on the ground with an attacker(s) it's pretty easy to end up with whatever was in your pockets scattered all over the place. I want retention of my .45 1st, car keys 2nd, and cell phone 3rd. They can have the rest! :)

KT P11 in a Triple K belt slide or IWB w/belt clip, no extra mag, if I can't do it with 11, i'm a dead man anyway!
CRKT folcer in front pocket.

Being in California as well, I don't carry daily since I left the Marine Corps decades ago. But when I travel and my CCWs work it is one of these (usually the 351PD), mostly in a pocket but sometimes under a jacket in that El Paso Saddlery Street Combat holster:

Where open carry is legal and appropriate, it's this homemade rig with any of several N-Frame revolvers. A 629-1 is shown:

The belt has shrunk, so I'm getting close to the last hole and I'll be buying, rather than making, a replacement.
