A recently moved my family across 8 states. Somehow all my Dillon 550 powder funnels came out of the powder dies/tool heads. I managed to recover most of them and missing a few others. Now I have to replace the ones I don't have.
I may have to call Dillon if I can't figure out which ones to order. Their website really doesn't list specific rounds. For instance does .454 Casull use the same powder funnel as the .45ACP? Which powder funnel does the .357sig use?
Is there a list somewhere that may explain a little better than the Dillon website?

I'm sure Dillion will be able to tell you. But if you want to ask the folks on Brian Enos website would know.

The owners manual that came with my 550 had a complete list of,part numbers for shell plates, locating pins and powder funnels for all calibers. Not sure the new presses come with the same information, I can share it with you if needed.
On your question, I don't think the 454 and 45 ACP will interchange due to length.

The link to Brian Enos' website provided by NeuseRvrRat provides the information that shovel66 is looking for.

Took me a minute to realize the thread title has a typo, I was sitting here thinking to my self "what the heck is a power funnel and why does a funnel need power?":D

Thank you all for such great information. The Brian Enos chart is a great help. I also called Dillon to verify since I had to place the order anyway. Believe it or not the .45ACP and .454Casull use the same powDer funnel. The length adjustment is done with the powder die.

Made the order and it was shipped out on Monday. They e-mailed me the tracking info and should be here in a few more days.

Thanks again for the assistance.

Rangemaster, I am speaking of the powder funnels that go into the powder die that slightly bells out the case. There is no "one size fits most"

Yes the Dillon page does list them but it doesn't answer the questions. For instance it lists the "F" die as 38/357. Is that also the one used for .357Sig? And funnel "E" says .45 handgun. Is that ALL .45 handgun all the way from .45Gap to .454Casull? I really just wanted to make sure because, although the list is there, I didn't want to order the wrong stuff online. And the funnel listed for 357 is NOT the one for 357Sig. The 9mm/38Super funnel is the one used for .357Sig. Dillon set me up right on the phone and answered all my questions.

Thanks again everyone.

Forget all those different funnels, go with a stock dillon 1050 powder funnel.
Works for almost all rounds.

Yes the 1050 one will work for most of them but you will loose the expander part of the powder funnel, if you use them on the Sd,550 or 650. The 1050 expands on #3 along with swaging, so it is not needed at the powder drop.
