Local shop has an LT20...thing is, the serial number makes it a late 1960s gun, but nothing else matches, I think...would appreciate any data you all have, since I don't have any catalogs from that period left around here. The stock is a walnut straight grip ("English") stock - I don't think that is correct for that period. Further, the barrel is a 21" RemChoke VR barrel (marked LT20, as the receiver is also). It's almost like someone took a 1960s LT20 and swapped out wood and a tube from much more recent production. Any thoughts? Any likely problems with a gun put together like this? I guess an 1100 barrel on an 1100 receiver ought to shoot just fine...yes?
