double rifle questions

Looking for a good Double Rifle. Probably in 375 H and H for all around useage.

Don't really want to pay more than $10,000 for one.

Do yo have any suggestions on brands and quality and ruggeddness?

Opinions about Double rifles in general for all around hunting?

Most double rifles that I have seen cost between $5000 and $30,000 dollars.

We'll see if H&Hhunter stops by here, but until then . . .

One word: Searcy. Right at your price point.

Are you sure you want one for all around use? They are a pretty specialized piece of equipment. A bolt-gun in .375 H&H is truley an all around rifle.

In a double, you might want to think about a change of caliber. Something rimmed would probably be more appropriate. Think along the lines of .470 NE.
