Nice revolver! I have been toying with the idea of that revolver, but, I already have these,

Not 45 ACP, but 44 Colt, not a bad cartridge even if uncommon. Unfortunately, these do not get out very often. They shoot well but I am not sure if it is because I do not have leather for them or if it is because I prefer the 4” N frame. I carry a 4”, 45 ACP as my edc, so it gets carried and shot frequently. Carrying a single action does not excite me.

Kevin, I'm addicted to the open toe, hammer thong, exposed trigger Tom Threepersons holsters that El Paso Saddlery makes, so that is what I have for mine.

I left the loading lever on mine for quick conversions between C&B and .45 acp. I use an Allen wrench as an ejector.

I also am rebuilding an old Belgian Centaure 1860 Army to accept the same conversion.

What's the bump on the rear of the hammer spur in your top gun?

My daily carry is a 637-2 Airweight J-frame lightened up with a titanium cylinder and reamed for 9mm

Hmmm, now I will have to dig it out to see what it is!

I just checked my image files. 100 + images but none of that area! When I find out, I will post.

In the photo you attached to post #131,
It is visible on the top gun.
You can see it in this crop of that image, where the back side of the hammer spur starts to curve upward.
