I didnt see a pic thread so here goes.

Just got this back after having the assisted opening replaced after daily use for 13 years. I wasnt clear in my first letter wanting to keep the blade and frame and sent back a brand new replacement back to get this one fixed instead. Thanks Kayla!!

Lets see those knives 20201101_214408.jpg

My edc knives:

The utility knife gets most of the ugly cutting/scraping chores. Blades get changed when the tips get broken or the get really dull. I have a wall mounted 150 blade dispenser in the shop.
The Nomad and its tools get used often for everything.

On the left is a smaller SAK that goes to church and out to dinner. I think it is a CLIMBER, iirc. @hso posted a site that sells SAK scales, and i bought a set of black to replace the traditional red. I am most satisfied with this knife. All the tools are quality and useful. I would use it as my only edc if I didn't have the larger Nomad.

The lockblade is a new acquisition. I bought it for my son. It is a $15 flipper that has excellent reviews on Amazon.

He is working on the farm right now, and never has a knife, now he does. This is his edc!

There was an old one but it wasn't open anymore. Also, you guys have some slick looking folders

I don't like to switch between carry knives any more than I like to switch between carry guns.

This is the knife I train with, so it is the one I carry. I used to carry the actual Emerson version but decided it was a little too expensive. Now I keep a handful of Kershaw knock-offs around and always have one carried tip up strongside.
