Excellent service from Remington

It feels good to be able to say something nice about a company when there is so much negativity abounding. I had an issue with some FTF with Remington UMC 45 auto ammo. I wrote the company and they responded quickly with a phone call to ask for the bullets which failed to fire and the remaining bullets from the two boxes they came from. Neither box was filled, but I sent them with the postage paid label they provided. Shortly there after, I recieved a letter explaining what they found, along with a check which would cover 4 boxes of ammo.
My second dealing with Remington came with the purchase of a couple of mags for a 22lr. One mag continued to fail to feed and would not lock the bolt back when it was empty. I called to inform them of my problem and was told to clean and lube the mag, but if it didn't work, to throw it away. I was also told they would replace the defective mag and give me an extra for my trouble. With in two days I had 2 new mags. I am very satisfied with this company's customer service and wanted to let everyone know.

I've had excellant service from them also. I called about a rifle and they told me it wasn't under warranty (I bought it used) They sent me an empty box from NY to Mich. It cost me $9 to ship, 2 weeks later I get it back with no charge at all. Great Service.
