hahaha... Bold statement i know... but after finally owning one, I agree.

It's just as simple as a glock, its thinner, polymer, same capacity, MUCH lower bore axis, nicer trigger, Austrian design, More comfortable with proper grip angle and In my opinion.. Better looking :) hehehehehe..

I like my glock 23c... really do, but the steyr is amazing.

oh, and i hate how the glocks throw the spent casings at my forehead hahahaha

I like them all.

Glocks are my old faithful.

HK USP is nice too, decent pistol. Perfect for those who wants a Glock with a hammer.

My newest favor girl: Steyr M40A1 (which is not on the list).

Though I don't own a Sig pro. My friend has a 2022 and in my opinion, another fine pistol in a great value.

I have to vote for the pioneer of polymer pistols... and it's not a Glock. My HKs have been and will continue to be accurate, reliable and easy to clean. HK introduced the world to the polymer pistol in 1970. Most shooters think it was Glock that created the first polymer handgun.

M&p is my favorite because the trigger can be easily taken to a place that's out of all the others league.

Will almost have to agree about the Steyr's though, if their triggers were consistent pull to pull (sadly they're not) it would beat all of the others, most underated gun ever maybe.

sorry, i couldn't think of every single polymer pistol ever made, dude

You don't need them all but should at least put one of the best ones on there. If kel tec ruger and taurus get a slot then the Steyr ought to.

I understand however. Steyr was poorly marketed. If it had received marketing like the XD it would be as popular as it deserves to be.

In a lot of ways the Steyr really is a refined glock. It does lack the after market support which is a result of it lacking recognition.

I voted glock. I have owned several over the years and they have always been reliable for me.

I got a chance to look at a steyr M pistol the other day. At first it felt odd, maybe it was the grip angle, felt like it was more pronounced than the glock's grip angle. The sights were unique. The trigger was very nice.

The ol' Glock 19 is my favorite. Something about it just comes together. I find it's just the perfect size for a 15+1 9mm handgun.
Now in .45, I'd have to go with my XD 45 Compact. They really got that gun right and I prefer it to either the Glock 21 or the Glock 30.
