Favorite Western Movies and the GUNS in them
Pass the popcorn please!
Folks hate on that movie but I loved it! Some of the special effects were goofy but the story was good and they did a wonderful job with all the guns and costumes. Sharon Stone's nickel plated, ivory stocked Colt SAA was particularly appealing. Lots of variety with SAA's, cartridge conversions, Remingtons, S&W's and the Swede's LeMat.Pretty much all of the ones in "The Quick and the Dead".
There were some cool guns in that one, especially in the gun shop when they were looking for Court a weapon.
Also a couple that stick out are John Wayne spinning his winchester, the riflemans rifle and Eldorado's sawed off in El Dorado. Rick Nelson playes El Dorado. And I really like the deputy (Gabby Hayes?) giggle
I think I have 2 movies mixed up
