Firestorm Mini 9mm magazines?

I am about to purchase a Firestorm Mini 9mm. It only comes with one magazine and extras are $50.00. Maybe it's me but $50 per mag for a $300 gun sounds a little....much. Anyone know if these can be had for less and where? I can't find them anywhere other than the importer (SGS).

I had purchased extra mags from SGS awhile ago back when they were $40-$45, IIRC. I've never tried these sites before but,

The jackasses at TJgeneralstore waited A WEEK AND A HALF to tell me that the Firestorm magazine I had ordered was not in stock. The real kicker was that after all of this, they never even changed the status on their web site to "out". Looks as though they finally have.

Will never do business with them again.

Seems like the mags are just as hard to find as the guns themselves. That "what the H#$$ is this guy talking about" look is getting old everytime I inquire about ordering one of these. No place around here has even heard of them.

If you have a Davidson's(www.galleryofguns.com) dealer in your area, they carry both the guns and the mags. Thats where I got my gun and spare mag. The prices will be lower at your shoppe's site, i.e. my local dealer is at www.bearmountainsports.com -->click on 'buy guns online'

Thanks for the tip Akurat, I thought we were on to something. There are several local (Davidsons's) dealers in my area. Unfortunately they all have either not heard of Firestorm or say they don't deal in "inexpensive/off brand" firearms.

Looks like I'm stuck waiting on the next Gun Show, hopefully I'll find one there.
