I started out my reloading 'career' with IMR4831 in my 25-06. Gave good accuracy and never really noticed any temp fluctuations. Once the barrel started getting shot out (one of them has just over 3000 rounds through it) I switched to IMR7977 (close to H1000).
I was using IMR4350 in a couple of rifles and when I got my Swede I plugged that in. About midway through load work up I shot this 4 shot group:
And that's where I stopped my load work up.
45.5 gr IMR4350
Lapua brass, straight out of the box unfired
WLR primers
142 gr LRAB set .1 off the lands
Ran another 5 shots over the chronograph: 2802, 2804 2798, 2800
Don't own a 270, so no help there.
