You are correct, most started as 9mm then tried to use the same components for 40. Everyone eventually failed.
Nowadays everyone starts with 40 and scales down. Lesson learned at our expense.

The G22 is still basically a G17 scaled up and Glock keeps selling them. Kaboom.

When I bought my first Gander Outdoors gun, prior to learning that Lemonis had Trump Derangement Syndrome, I signed up for the Good Sam Club. Gander Outdoors keeps hitting me with discounts. I get them in the mail. I get them in my email. I get them at the register. There's an automatic 10% off coupon when I visit online.
The people at the store have been wonderful, every time. Ammo prices are excellent. The only other big gun store in town is...Dick's.

Can't say I'm happy reading the Lemonis comments, but on the flip side its better than all the nice folk losing their jobs if they had shut down completely in my area.

If I buy a gun at Gander, money goes to the manufacturer, the people who shipped it, the great people at the store, the county, the state of Florida, Uncle Sam...I wonder how much makes it to Lemonis.
