My wife had this S&W M10-5 engraved for me as 50th BD present.






A few days before she passed this last December my mother gave me some cash to get myself a Christmas present. "Get something you want, not something you need," she told me. This is how I spent it.






These pistols will always remind me of the two most important women in my life.

Very nice engraving on both guns. I have always like engraving on blued guns as it gives them such a understated kind of elegance to them. The ivory stocks are also the perfect complement to the fine craftsmanship involved in their presentation. Thanks for sharing.

Michael Gouse at mtart.com. The M10 was $500 and the 1911 was $900. The 1911 came back in about 5 weeks.

I've heard of Gouse and it sound like his prices are very reasonable. I'm wanting to have a couple guns engraved and am stilling poking around. Sounds good, thanks! Does he do his own finish work?
