Glock 23 kabooms

I've never said Glocks kaboom on their on without the help of crap ammo. With that said, for some THR members to act as if the loose chambers and lack of full case support does not contribute to the problem is ridiculously negligent.

can you show me somewhere or something supporting the fact that you keep calling the chambers "loose"? I think you are repeating what you hear and have heard wrong. Glock chambers are more unsupported than some others but mine is not loose what so ever.

I reload for my glock and have had wonderful results, it shoots my reloads better than any factory round I can find and guess what... I'm a half a grain over maximum!!

Its all about liability with the do not shoot reloads stickers, thats it, CYOA.

Glocks loose chamber specs and lack of full case support is also contributing to those kabooms and anyone claiming not is full of BS.....Period.

that's why you should use factory fresh ammo in glocks. that's also why they're so reliable. pretty simple, isn't it? ;)

glocks do in fact have generous chamber dimensions. also, my EMP40 has less case support than glock 40's. like i said, not an issue with factory ammo.

I have actually had a gun go kaboom in my hand while shooting it. No friend of a friend's cousins brother in law, it was me. It was a S&W .357 shooting factory rounds back in the mid 80s. Blew the whole cylinder wall out on one side and peeled the top strap up like a cartoon. I don't blame the gun, I blame the ammo.

I can't speak for the 40 cal. but my 9mm glock has the exact same chamber dimension as my S&W model 59 and is acually tighter than my luger P08.
