I kinda hate to ask this question, but I am looking for an everyday carry piece and I am interested in some valuable input.
I have narrowed my choices down to either a glock 26 or sig sauer P245(older version of the p220).
I want the glock 26 because I have a glock 17 which lends to the fact I can use some higher cap mags in the smaller gun, they share the same caliber, and both guns are somewhat similar in feel and exact in operation, which makes them user friendly in important situations.
I want the Sig P245 because I feel that it is about time for an upgrade to a .45 caliber, the gun is slightly slimmer in feel to the glock, which makes IWB carry more reasonable, I like the placement of the de-cock, and well I guess I kinda wanna just get a sig. The price seems right, this guy asking $680NIB{dual tone, night sights=good deal? Western, NC}, and I think I can get him to go a little lower.
Anyhow, beyond telling me I'm dumb for buying a gun due to its brand name, are there any other factors I am not taking into consideration.
